It’s very important for us in Round Table Denmark, that we grow as a community internationally. As one of the stronger associations in Round Table International, we feel it’s partly our responsibility “To promote the formation of new Round Table Associations throughout the World” as stated in our aims and objectives. That also means supporting the smaller associations and helping them grow.

 

Therefore, we would like to invite tablers from small and big associations for a workshop, during our Chairmans weekend 9.-11. January in beautiful Svendborg, Denmark (I will assist with travel plans). 

 

For small associations: You pay for the transport yourselves; we will cover meeting costs and hotel for up to two members per association for the weekend.

For big associations: You are very welcome - your input and experience is valued, and perhaps you can also go home with ideas to grow your local club, district or even country. We ask for a small fee of 299 Euros to cover registration, meals and hotel.

 

We are not saying that our way of tabling is the best, and we don’t mean to force strategies upon other associations. We only want to create an environment for discussions, motivation, sharing the best practices and teambuilding, focusing on how smaller associations can grow. We will have our own meeting room to stay focused on our discussions.

 

The weekend will of course also include lots of tabling like we know and love it, with great parties and entertainment. We usually have around 250 Danish tablers attending the weekend, where they are divided into their districts for meetings.
